Comprehensive Appointment (In-office or Online):
This approach includes therapy, life coaching, and medication management if needed. Allows for deeper connections, exploration of goals, and life stage planning.
- Initial Assessment for 60 minutes, $500 (90 min assessment option available for $750)
Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Offered
- One Hour Follow-up Appointments, $500
- Half Hour Follow-up Appointments, $255
Home-Based Evaluations:
These evaluations take place at patient’s home and include doctor travel time. Additional time billed in 15-min increments at the same rate.
One Hour Appointments, $600
We offer a Concierge Membership for those interested in a long-term, in-depth relationship.
Concierge Package Membership, $400 per month for 1 year term (not modifiable).
This is a subscription package billed monthly including a monthly one-hour appointment at a 20% discount ($400 instead of $500). Any additional sessions will offer a 20% discount as well. Please inquire further if interested.
